Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  • Season the Chicken: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the chicken cubes in this mixture.
  • Sear the Chicken: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

  • Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
